Once the syrup has been made, it's time for the Maple Syrup Festival! Held every spring, this weekend event is a fundraiser for Hartman Reserve where your ticket will get you fresh pancakes, sausage, coffee and milk, and of course, maple syrup made at Hartman Reserve!
